Wichita – Wink Hartman, businessman and Republican Candidate for Governor, issued the following statement regarding the Legislature’s override of Governor Brownback’s tax-plan veto: “The tax plan that was passed by the Legislature last night – which will go down as the single largest tax-hike in the history of Kansas – wasn’t the right solution for Kansas families.
